reiki is an ancestral healing modality that is rooted in the mountains and waters of ainu mosir, so-called japan, but is connected to hands-on healing modalities found in so many indigenous cultures. reiki honors our interconnectedness with cosmic and elemental life force.

reiki is a resource we each have the right and capacity to draw from. like being skin to skin with the cosmos, reiki aids us in co-regulating with the overflowing compassion of the stars, the spirits of the earth, and our wise and loving ancestors. held in this way, we find ourselves resourced enough to open courageously into the heart of any anxiety, pain, fear, and wounding that we have inherited or accumulated along our life journey. from this space of resourcing and nourishment, we can bring repair and harmony to our internal and external ecosystems.

i integrate hands-on touch, and as needed or requested: drum and song resonance, animal and ancestral guidance, and herbal medicine. you are invited to be both an active and receptive participant in our work together, guiding the current of healing with your prayerful intention, while also surrendering to the care of your guides and the spiritual beings holding the container. after our session, we integrate together, sharing what arose during our work together. i may recommend ways to continue tending to your process after our session.

i accept exchanges of $125 - $152 for this 1.5 hour session, and i may also be open to non-monetary exchanges. suggestions for exchanges include plant medicines, body work, meals, business consultation, tax support, adornment, opportunities to connect with horses, or other possibilities you’re welcome to bring forward.
